Q: How many e-Mails will I receive in a calendar year?
A: We will always send four, but have in the past sent up to twelve in a calendar year. This depends on the sale events we have and the upcoming products we have to announce. We promise, though, that you will not be inundated with e-Mails.

Q: Will you sell or give away my e-Mail address?
A: Absolutely not! Since our inception in 1999 we have never shared our customers information with any other company. The only e-Mails you will receive will come from Shrapnel Games.

Q: Okay, I want to try it, but how hard is it to unsubscribe?
A: It is very easy to either drop your subscription of change your e-Mail address. Each e-Mail we send has a link to manage your account, where you can make changes or drop your subscription. In fact, you can come back to this page at any time and drop your subscription by selecting 'Manage Your Account'.
